闊別樂壇 3 年，Primal Scream 將在 2016 年 3 月 18 日，發行第十一張全新錄音室專輯《Chaosmosis》。
成軍於格拉斯哥的 Primal Scream，靠著 1991 年的《Screamadelica》，奠定了他們在音樂史上不朽的地位；之後的《Give Out But Don’t Give Up》、《XTRMNTR》、《Evil Heat》等專輯，皆不斷展現他們不同凡響的音樂創作能量，也同時讓 Primal Scream 那饒富意境、神秘深邃的另類音樂風格廣傳於世。
近日，Primal Scream 在自己官方的推特上，宣布了新專輯《Chaosmosis》以及發行的日期，同時也上船了相關藝術插圖，另外，更在 Youtube 頻道放上了新專輯的預告影片：

此次，Primal Scream 的新專輯《Chaosmosis》將會由 Primal Scream 自己所擁有的唱片廠牌「Ignition Records」做發行。
